Reach Out for Mental Health is a not for profit community interest company which means any profits we make go back into our service.
We are also funded by donations and fundraising. Our service is a free service to anyone over 18 living in Essex, Southend and Thurrock. , who is feeling suicidal or who feel they are struggling with their mental health.
