World Suicide Prevention Day – we shared ways to stay connected with your own mental health through self-care, and ideas on how you can connect with others to create a supportive community to help prevent suicide #WSPD2020 @NSPA_UK
So, I’ll kick this off by saying the way I look after my mental health is when I feel down as part of my self-care is that I take a long bath and call my friends and family. Then I take some time out just for me as in I read a book, listen to music and start some art….. What about you? Please let us know what you do.
